Terms and Conditions of Service

ORDERS

  • Orders can be placed directly on the site after registering. If you encounter any difficulties or issues, please email us at info@funghidabruzzo.com.
  • The prices shown on the website include VAT.
  • For stores/resellers, the reference price list is the Excel format downloadable from the website in the relevant sections (B2B). In the event of any price discrepancies between the website and the Excel format price list, the Excel format will be the valid one as the prices shown there are aligned with those indicated on the invoice, issued via our management system.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure the best shopping experience, however, please allow at least 7 business days for your order to arrive at your home.
  • Indication 24/48h from the date of order fulfillment.
  • FRESH or easily perishable products are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays of each week.
  • Once the goods leave our warehouses, we are not responsible for any delays due to the inaccessibility of some areas.
  • To request tracking of your shipment, if you have not received the usual email with real-time order tracking, send an email with your order number # to info@funghidabruzzo.com.
  • Any delays in processing orders are due to the temporary unavailability of the item; it will be necessary to wait for it to be produced or packaged.

CHECK GOODS

  • The goods must be inspected in the presence of the courier upon unloading. If any packages are missing or damaged, a written reservation must be made on the delivery note. Failure to do so will result in the goods not being replaced, nor will a refund be granted.
  • Any irregularities found after delivery must be reported in writing, no later than 8 days after receiving the goods, as required by law. Please also indicate the date and number of the tax document and attach relevant photographs.

MISSING PRODUCTS

  • Except in the cases outlined above, any ordered goods not received due to temporary unavailability will be replaced with an item of equal value, subject to the purchaser's consent, before shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Rounding and discounts are not accepted unless previously authorized.
  • Payment for Standard supplies must be made by advance bank transfer, except for Silver and Gold customers.
  • Payment for subsequent deliveries must be made by bank transfer upon delivery or by cash on delivery, this method is at the discretion of Azienda Agricola Funghi d'Abruzzo
  • In case of late payments, the buyer will be charged bank charges and default interest at the current rate.
  • Orders will not be processed for customers with an irregular accounting situation.
  • The goods are considered the property of Azienda Agricola Funghi d'Abruzzo until the invoice has been paid.
  • FOR ANY DISPUTES, THE COURT OF JURISDICTION IS IDENTIFIED AS THE COURT OF RESIDENCE OF THE CONSUMER.

Returns and Refunds

REFUND POLICY

Customers who, for any reason, are dissatisfied with their purchase have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty, within 14 working days of receiving the products. The right to withdraw must be exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the certified email address funghidabruzzo@pec.it, specifying the intention to withdraw from the purchase, accompanied by photographs. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must also return the goods, INTACT (SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNLOCKED) and UNUSED (in their original packaging), at their own expense.

Returns must be made within 14 working days, to the Azienda Agricola Funghi d'Abruzzo headquarters at Via Campo Sportivo 3 - 67050 - Canistro (AQ). Under no circumstances will cash-on-delivery or postage-collected packages be accepted. If the right of withdrawal has been exercised according to these instructions, the Seller will refund the Customer the sums paid for the purchase of the goods (excluding the costs related to returning the goods, which are the Customer's responsibility and in the cases specified below) within 30 days. Returns (and subsequent price refunds) are excluded for products that are at risk of deterioration or rapid expiration, for sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, and for products that have been opened after delivery.

GOODS IN OBJECTS ARE RETURNABLE ONLY IF MORE THAN 50% INTACT compared to when shipped from the head office

If the goods are found to be defective upon delivery (e.g., broken packaging, fresh product at a temperature higher than indicated, etc.), Funghi D'Abruzzo undertakes to provide a refund following prior notification to the customer via email to info@funghidabruzzo.com, duly accompanied by images demonstrating the customer's concerns.

The refund will be made by returning the damaged product or, alternatively, by creating a Gift Card or Coupon that the customer can use for future purchases.

These Terms do not apply to purchases of Products that do not come directly from Azienda Agricola Funghi d'Abruzzo, but are supplied through a reseller (in which case the terms established by the reseller themselves apply), nor if the purchase is for commercial, business, artisanal or professional use (in which case the Funghi d'Abruzzo Commercial Terms of Sale for business customers apply).

Purchase is for personal use, not for resale.

AVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNAVAILABILITY

Product availability indicated on the Site refers to availability at the time the Customer places the order and may sometimes differ from actual product availability ready for delivery. Therefore, as specified in the Terms and Conditions of Use, we reiterate that we reserve the right to replace the missing item with an item of equal value, subject to the consent of the user who made the purchase, before shipping.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Providing a shipping address that differs from the correct one does not constitute a valid reason for requesting and receiving a refund.
